Rob Brooks has been managing my mother’s property for over five years

Rob Brooks has been managing my mother’s property for over five years and I have been very impressed and pleased with their performance and how issues have been handled. I would easily recommend them to anybody considering having a property management company take care of their properties.

From the moment we contracted them the team sprang into action. They were able to contract vendors, schedule repairs, and finally market the house. Every step of this four month process they communicated with us daily and often each member would take it upon themselves to go to the property to handle issues we were unable to address. He took the time to get to know my wife and I, and find out what our story was. He was upfront too with not being pressured to use him over another realtor. Rob was very upfront with common issues affecting the local home market, to include pointing out bad EIFS siding, cracks in walls, and other areas that I was unfamiliar with being from out of state. As an active duty member for 13 years who has dealt with many realtors and agents, I have not met anyone that I’ve trusted and felt a genuine connection with like I have with Rob. We loved working with him and will plan on using his expert knowledge when we move away to manage our property or purchase a second property. Rob has repeatedly gone above and beyond. This ranges for being a proxy to review our rental (that he was not involved with), to showing us multiple listings at times that would be too inconvenient for other Realtors, giving us valuable advice that if wasn't given would of caused us to lose our house, directing us toward and excellent lender, to helping us though our post closing questions. We were referred to Rob Brooks realty by our Veterans United loan team and within 24 hours of starting the process of our home loan, Rob himself contacted us. Rob was very easy to talk to, and we could tell that he was actually concerned with what we were looking for. He took the time to get to know my wife and I, and find out what our story was.
