Rob is a property manager with Rob Brooks Realty property management. He has been licensed as a Realtor since 1994 and holds the distinguished designations with the Council of Real Estate Brokers, the Council of Real Estate Salespeople, and the certifications of the Seller Representative Specialist, Team Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and Investment Expert. Rob has served on several committees within the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR). He has also been featured and quoted in several Florida and national real estate magazines.
Michael Gregg
Property Manager
Michael is a property manager with Rob Brooks Realty property management. Michael runs the show and has a background in law enforcement and healthcare emergency management. He is great at making sure all of the details are done in all areas of communicating with owners, making sure they get paid, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.

Atresia has a variety of experience and is great at vetting and obtaining the right tenants for the property. She is very good and understanding tenant needs and provides good available solutions for them. She loves people and loves helping people.
