We were referred to Rob Brooks realty by our Veterans United loan team and within 24 hours of starting the process of our home loan, Rob himself contacted us. Rob was very easy to talk to, and we could tell that he was actually concerned with what we were looking for. He took the time to get to know my wife and I, and find out what our story was. He was upfront too with not being pressured to use him over another realtor. Over the next couple of weeks he stayed in touch with us over the properties we were looking at, and helped guide our search. When we showed up in town to meet him, he was there before we were and eager to show us around. Rob was very upfront with common issues affecting the local home market, to include pointing out bad EIFS siding, cracks in walls, and other areas that I was unfamiliar with being from out of state. He kept us on schedule and helped us get the home we wanted with honest, and thoughtful advice. As an active duty member for 13 years who has dealt with many realtors and agents, I have not met anyone that I’ve trusted and felt a genuine connection with like I have with Rob. We loved working with him and will plan on using his expert knowledge when we move away to manage our property or purchase a second property. - 5/27/2018
