Rob Brooks Realty Property Management has only had two evictions since we started our property management wing in 2008. We attribute this to our thorough vetting and God's grace. But evictions can happen, and we are prepared to handle this on your behalf. We have attorneys and pay for the cost of eviction out of our own pockets.
