Lease Execution
Our goal is to have crystal clear documents that protect the owner, the tenant, and us at Rob Brooks Realty Property Management. The lease execution process is an important part of the rental management process, and we take it very seriously. Below, we outline what the lease agreement document contains and what is expected during an execution.

Lease Agreement Document
For each rental unit, we create a Florida Realtors attorney-endorsed lease for signature by the owner and tenant. This lease covers all of the details needed in a Florida residential lease, and is backed by the Florida Realtors team of attorneys.
Execution Process
Each tenant has the ability to read the lease thoroughly and ask questions. Both owners and tenants sign electronically from an email sent to their computers, tablets, or phones. Print copies can be made available for those who need them.
We require all adult tenants who will be in the residence to sign. Owners and tenants both will receive a copy of their signed leasing document. During the execution, a valid photo ID and any remaining payments are also required of the tenant.
