Property Marketing
Effective marketing of a rental property is a crucial part of getting a tenant into your unit and keeping vacancy low. When a property owner comes to Rob Brooks Property Management, we handle everything from photography, MLS listings, rental inquiries, and vetting prospective property viewers. We have a system designed to attract quality tenants and keep them in your rental long term.

Photography
We order a professional photo shoot of the property by a photographer who specializes in real estate. He also includes drone footage and 3D tours of the inside and outside of the property, compatible with virtual reality headsets. These photos are used in rental websites all over the internet and are very effective at getting maximum interest for a property.
Listing on MLS
Images and property descriptions go out to hundreds of different sites (including Zillow, Rent.com, and Realtor.com).
Internal Cross-Marketing
We use our internal resources to cross-market your property to tenants. Rob Brooks Realty is a respected name in the panhandle, and we have a large amount of website traffic coming to our site organically looking for rental listings. We put your property in front of these prospective tenants. Your properties are also discussed with sales team members with buyers who would consider renting.
Managing Rental Inquiries
Calls, emails, and text messages flow in from interested parties. When a property first hits the market, we can get up to 10-12 contacts per day, but the volume varies with location.

Vetting Tenants
We put prospective tenants through a thorough vetting process. We inform them of rent requirements and see whether they qualify. (We don't want people walking into your property if it's just not a good fit.) Check out our applicant screening procedures.
Showing Property
As it works with the tenants' schedule, our staff does a walk-through. We also use the tour as an opportunity to get a feel for the tenants. Our staff can also do 3D tours and FaceTime tours in cases where an in-person tour is not feasible.
