The Team
The property management wing of Rob Brooks Realty is supervised by Michael Gregg and Rob Brooks. Both men are highly experienced in managing people and handling real estate. Michael retired from law enforcement and has experience in healthcare emergency management. Rob Brooks has been a licensed realtor since 1994 and holds CRB, CRS, and GRI certifications. Together, they ensure all Navarre properties are cared for and owners have their investments protected.

Neighborhoods in Navarre
Navarre is a newer "unincorporated community" with a couple of notable neighborhood features. The largest community is Holly By The Sea. Constructed in 1972, this is one of the largest HOAs in Florida. The central amenity is the Holley By The Sea Recreation Center, which has several swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and even a community building that can be reserved.
As you proceed west on US 98 there is another subdivision known as Midway, which has housing development on both the north and south side of the highway. This area also hosts Pensacola State College and the Gulf Breeze Zoo.
Navarre Beach is just a short drive across the 399 bridge from Navarre. The majority of homes and condos are short-term rental properties for seasonal travelers. The pier is accessible from this area, with a variety of local restaurants and event venues.

Security deposits are held in a non-interest-bearing account and cannot be touched by any party until the lease ends. Our goal is to return the full deposit to tenants, provided the property is in good condition.
